Talks & Workshops
Who this work is for
This work is designed for organisations and communities who are seeing:
high performers becoming depleted or stuck
teams cycling through burnout despite existing wellness initiatives
leaders struggling to make clear decisions under sustained pressure
retention and engagement issues that aren’t solved by time off or resilience training
It’s especially relevant for:
Leadership teams
People & Culture / HR / L&D functions
Knowledge-based, high-pressure environments
Mission-driven organisations where burnout quietly accumulates over time
My work focuses on structure, fit, and decision load over time.
Across organisations, the pattern is consistent: burnout emerges when there is a prolonged mismatch between:
the person
the role
and the demands placed on them
When that mismatch persists, people compensate until their capacity to think clearly is compromised.
My work helps organisations:
understand the real causes of burnout in their specific context
recognise how burnout interferes with judgment and decision-making
move beyond surface-level fixes toward more sustainable ways of working
This applies as much to systems as it does to individuals within them.
Formats
Insight-led keynotes and talks designed to reframe how burnout is understood, and to open up more honest, useful conversations across organisations.
Suitable for:
Company-wide events
Leadership off-sites
Conferences, and
Community gatherings
These sessions are grounded, thoughtful, and designed
to shift how people think, not to motivate people to
push harder.
Facilitated sessions that help teams and leaders apply these insights to their real working context.
Suitable for:
Leadership teams
Managers
People & Culture groups, and
Cross-functional teams under sustained pressure
Workshops are reflective, structured, and practical without forcing premature solutions or generic action plans.

I’m an ICF-certified coach and speaker, trained with Optimus Coach Academy.
My work sits at the intersection of burnout, decision-making, and how people and roles actually fit together over time.
Alongside organisational work, I also support individuals navigating burnout and high-stakes career decisions, which directly informs how I approach teams, leadership, and systems.
I’ve previously delivered talks and workshops for organisations including Just Eat Takeaways, Spacemade, Optimus Coach Academy, and the University of Westminster.
This has included a session titled Burnout to Brilliance, exploring how burnout shows up, why it often goes unrecognised, and what actually supports recovery and clarity.
My work has since evolved and deepened, with a stronger emphasis on decision-making and sustainability at both individual and organisational levels.
While every session is different, organisations typically leave with:
clearer understanding of how burnout impacts thinking and decision-making
language to discuss burnout without blame or oversimplification
insight into structural contributors, not just individual symptoms
a more realistic foundation for sustainable performance
This work supports long-term clarity, not short-term motivation.
