I’m Anmol, a certified burnout recovery coach for high-achieving women in corporate.
Since 2022, I’ve supported dozens of women navigating burnout, exhaustion, and career crossroads, helping them regain clarity and steadiness before making clear, confident and grounded decisions about what’s next in their career.
I care deeply about this work because I’ve lived it myself.
Before coaching, I worked in Tech. On paper, my career looked great. I was good at my job, well-paid, ‘successful’ and doing exactly what I was “supposed” to be doing.
But inside, I felt numb, foggy, exhausted, and deeply unfulfilled.
I knew a career move was coming for me but I was terrified of getting it wrong and ending up back in the same burnt-out place. So, I stayed longer than I should have.
Eventually, staying felt unbearable. Leaving felt terrifying. And doing nothing was no longer an option.
What changed everything wasn’t forcing clarity or pushing myself harder.
It was restoring my capacity to think clearly, understanding what had actually led me to burnout, and then making a grounded career decision I could stand behind.

What if I'm exhausted, how much time will this take each week?
Designed with exhausted professionals in mind, if you can do one 60-minute private session per week, plus light reflection between sessions at your own pace, you’ll feel supported inside Burnout To Brilliance. The work meets you where you are, we start with restoring capacity, not adding any pressure.
What if I don’t end up quitting my job?
That’s completely fine. The goal isn’t dramatic change. The goal is to make a clear and grounded career move you can stand behind, even when that looks like staying at your current job but working differently, in a way that your job doesn’t drain you or burn you out again. The goal is sustainability and alignment.
What if I am considering changing industries or career paths entirely?

Does this work if I work in a niche role?
